After you’ve completed your property purchase, well be happy to take the reigns if you plan to be a hands-off owner/investor.  Once we’ve agreed on the plans, budget and schedule, you can relax knowing that your project is in capable hands.

We’ll manage everything from the contractor’s scheduling to the smallest of details to make sure your project is complete and your property ready to go  on schedule and at the agreed budget.

PURCHASING/ HOUSE REFURBISHMENT

Once we’ve agreed on the budget we’ll do our best to make sure we source everything at the best possible available price...

From a new fitted kitchen ...to a new hardwood floor...to  new artwork, we’ll get online to find the best bargains we can.
