At Black Bear Properties we offer our services to foreign residents, investors and locals who own property, or are looking to purchase in the Hakuba Valley.

We offer a fully comprehensive service from the outset.  We’ll help you get your place up and running, looking good, and provide web site creation/ admin, marketing, booking, cleaning/maintenance, guest pick-up/drop-off and even a provisioning service for your guests.

You can hand us the keys and be confident that when you return, your guests will have loved the Hakuba experience just as much as you do...and your place will be clean and ready for your use.

Even if your property doesn’t look its best now...We can help with a reform/renovation project. Anything from a new kitchen, bathroom, hardwood flooring...to a new wood deck/terrace, or a complete remodel of the whole interior.

With over 15 years experience in the interior design, construction project management, purchasing business in japan, we are confident we can offer you a good deal.

For Pension/Hotel owners who want to leave their property vacant during the summer season, we offer a comprehensive green season package, so that you can leave with peace of mind, knowing that when you return in the autumn, your place will be  ready to go again for another winter season.
