Web Site Creation/Administration/Marketing
Properties managed by us are offered a free website. We supply the domain name and hosting services...after photographing your property we’ll soon have your site up on the web.
Your website includes a booking request form that we manage for you. Just block off the dates that you want for yourself and we will take care of the rest. Payments are made thru an online Paypal system, by credit card or bank transfer.
Prior to your guests arrival, we’ll make sure your property is clean and ship shape, warm, lights on and inviting...
We’ll organize the linen service, the cleaning...change a dud light bulb...or call out the plumber...and in winter season when we have heavy snowfall, make sure that your property access is not blocked.
Guest Pick-up / Drop-off
Included in your management service package is a complimentary to your guests, pick-up and drop-off service....from Hakuba Train or Happo Bus Station...your guests will be pampered from the minute they arrive in Hakuba.
Guests love arriving to a fridge full of cold beers and their favorite foods. Prior to arrival guests can order from a 300 plus item shopping list...and arrive to a stocked kitchen.
Additional shopping runs can also be arranged.
Monthly Financial Control
Whether you’re a hands-off owner or not, we’ll be there to help with getting the bills paid, check your mail, and settle up for any works carried out on your behalf.
Monthly Property Inspections
As part of our green season package for absent owners, We’ll inspect and air your property, take care of any issues and then issue a fully documented status report at the end of each month.
You can be confident that when you return to Hakuba you place will be ready to go.
