Casa Verde is a stylish, newly built, modern five bedroom self catering, self contained ski chalet set in the woods of Echoland.
It is just a short walk away from Echoland’s bars, restaurants and nightlife…and the free snow shuttle to the slopes.
The chalet is great for a family with kids, or a group of friends and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in the five double bedrooms.
The entry way has a large drying room and opens into a lobby area with an open plan living dining room with a modern kitchen with everything you will need.
The new kitchen has modern appliances with an IH stove top, grill, microwave and dishwasher.
Large double glazed sliding doors give great snowscape forest views.
The chalet is beautifully furnished with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
On the ground floor there is also a separate washroom and toilet with a laundry space, with a fully automatic washer/dryer as well as a Japanese Tatami room that can be set as the 5th bedroom.
Heading upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and two with a shared bathroom with a full bathtub and standing shower space, vanity, and a toilet.
Bedroom 1 & 2 have two single beds that can be set as a queen and an ensuite bathroom/toilet.
Bedroom 3 & 4 also have two single beds that can be set as a queen, and share a full bathroom & toilet, making the chalet perfect for families, couples or singles.
All the rooms have central heating with floor heating on the 1st floor, so you can stay nice and toasty even on the coldest of nights.
Casa Verde has a large flat screen TV with cable TV and Apple TV.
The entire chalet has high speed broadband WiFi, perfect for staying connected with your own laptop iPad or smartphone.
Shuttle buses are just a few minutes walk away, departing from the nearby Echoland rotary for all the major ski resorts: Happo-one, Iwatake, Hakuba47 and Goryu.

About the rate
- minimum number of nights: 5 nights (December-March), 3 nights (April-November)
- Rate for up to 10 ppl. (children and infants included)
Extra futons can be arranged to sleep up to 12 ppl.
(¥5,500 Yen for 1 extra futon per night including linen/towel set – can be booked as an add-on with the property)
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- Payment method:
For bookings from December to March, payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire, or by PayPal.
From April to November, payments can be made by credit card only. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From April to November, please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)
Cancellation Policy
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that teh booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
